All a customer is looking for from employees is to provide them with the customer service that they deserve. My time working there I learned the aspects of what a customer needs and feels. Everyone treated everyone equally and like family. There was a lot of stuff you could learn from just working there. I could actually say I loved coming to work, which most people can rarely say.
