Co-workers were always there to help if you had a long line and you needed an extra hand they were always there to help you bag or pick up a register to minimize your line. The management of Academy were the best they treated everyone equally and were always there to help you in time of need. Customers come and expect to be treated with Friendliness, to give them accuarate service, and help them with any needs they need and that is how it should be. All a customer is looking for from employees is to provide them with the customer service that they deserve. My time working there I learned the aspects of what a customer needs and feels. Everyone treated everyone equally and like family. There was a lot of stuff you could learn from just working there. I could actually say I loved coming to work, which most people can rarely say. I enjoyed everyday going to work and still had a smile on coming out. My job at Academy Sports + Outdoors was the most pleasant job I've ever worker for.
